I need a replacement engine for a Brava 1.2 16V 80SX W reg (2000) with engine code 182B2000. I've been told there are several different types and have rang up lots of local scrap yards/dismantlers but having no luck. I've been told that you can also use a Punto 1.2 16v engine too but again no luck
Any one have any advice/ideas what i can do or who i can get in touch with or other places I could contact?
The engine basically seized up due to the oil light being broken and I stupidly hadn't checked for a couple weeks (i know, i'm a fool). I really dont want to get a new car as love my Brava but it's tough finding a match.
