General turning right

Right i need some help i am in two minds. I had my fronmt discs and pads changed recently and ever since whenever i turn right i get a squeeking coming from the front.

I am having the cambelt and ball joints done today but if it isn't the ball joint there is no point having it done.

Any ideas of what it can be

i bet whoever fitted the brakes didnt bother using copper grease.

he coated it in copper grease i was there while he did it

in that case i would check that both front brakes are not seizing. jack it up, then check both wheels spin freely, then pump the brake pedal hard a few times, then again check both front wheels spin freely. if they dont you have a seizing brake, which can usually be sorted out with a strip down, clean and greasing.
