firstly an update on my revs dropping off after 4000rpm. yea think it could have been the oil from the induction kit cleaner, not used it since, and problem doesnt seem too bad now (y)

next when i start up, the rollers either aux belt, pas belt or cam belt are squeaking when they go round. i know the car runs fine now, but if the squeak gets worse and they seize, then something expensive may happen.

any ideas if i can grease them up at all etc.

or ideas how to identify which one it is??

think its the bottom one on the cambelt that the pas belt also runs on, the one with 6 hex bolts in the middle

I think these are sealed for life and may need replacing...

if you're a bit of a bodger you can spray a small amount of WD40 on any pulley bearing that is noisey, but you must make absolutely sure that you do not contaminate the belts or the areas of the pulleys where a belt runs. this method can stop the squealing noise for some time, but ultimately it is only buying you time and the noise is telling you that a bearing requires replacement. ignore it at your peril.
