I have a 1999 Fiat brava , recently I had the window down and now I can't get the window to go back up. I've checked the fuses and they are ok.
I've also took the door panel off and examined the switches, these seem to have power going to them as there is a green light lit up on the switch.

This is a bit of a nightmare as with the window down its not secure and also open to the elements. Can anybody give me some advice?

Open the door, look down the door jam in between the the body of the car and the door. you will see were the wiring goes into the door.

Give all the wiring a widdle as they may of broke over the years of the door opening and closing.

Do you hear any noise like clicking behind the glovebox when using the switch for the window? If not then i will refer you to check the window relay. If yes then see if current goes to the motor for lifting the windows when using the switch.
P.S. You will need a multimeter.

window may be stuck from years of neglect, people really dont like to use silicone spray on their windows once a year.

try to help it up with a hand on either side of the glass while someone else uses the switch.
