General bonnet lifters

you can get these on ebay for about £15 look under fiat bravo
i got these for mine much better(y)

just had a quick look on ebay for you there is none at the minute but if you look at item 31002016083 and send the seller a e-mail he may have them worth a shot(y)

what it is you need a bolt with a ball on on the tailgate there welded on

yeah someone in the bravo/a section did it using boot lifters, i'm still surprised they could lift the bonnet but it worked.

my car has bonnet lifters factory fitted, alfa knew you'd be in the engine bay often enough to make it a worth while addition.

[FONT=&quot]Bonnet Lifter Installation Guide is available on InsWorld UK, Google it, can't hotlink sorry as I don't yet have enough posts.
On InsWorld: Click on ‘My Old Bravo’ then the ‘Install Bonnet Lifters from Germany’ Guide. :)

someone on here used a set of boot lifters IIRC, but i cant remember who....

I did. And they work just fine. All you need is a set of bolts with ball heads. They have to be short enough to fit between the bonnet and the side wing.

I got a set of bolts for a Cinq and shortened/rethreaded them to fit but I am pretty sure there are other options.

Hello had the same idea about bonnet lifter.Went to ebay and bought a set for the punto. They've now been on my bravo for 2 1/2 weeks with no problems.By the way I emailed them first and they told me the lifters woul'nt fit a bravo. The lifters are by INNX and are easy to find.I paid a tenner plus five post, altogether a good deal.

theres another thread about u today.

go find it

i fitted used a bravo boot lifter as a bonnet lifter. worked perfectly!

remember to use a bravO lifter as bravA ones are much too long and you only use one lifter as you cant fit two under the bonnet. dont buy an INXX kit they dont lift the bonnet high enough and are just flimsy.
you will also need a bolt with a ball on the end (as supplied in the INXX kit)

Corsa B Bonnet Lifters fit the Bravo perfectly. Find the supernova seller on ebay and buy his lifters. Only £15 delivered.
