Hi all
Probably a silly question,but had my exhaust changed on saturday and have done less that 100 miles since than.
Just noticed that I've got a slight burning smell I think coming from it.
Is it quite normal for this to occur perhaps during the 'bedding in' period.?
heat shield all good and intact.

I had exactly the same, was the stickers on the exhaust burning off, lasted about a week in all.

I have had it to, i put it down to copper slip burning but the stickers probs makes more sense

Yeah as above it will just be all the oil, grease, dirt and stickers burning off. If it was coated then that will also burn off/cure for the first couple of weeks.
