Technical getting behind the dashboard

Anyone know what tool and size is required to undo dashboard so that you can get to the rear of it ?

Which part of the dash board are you trying to get at?
The glovebox and steering wheel/speedo surrounds come off with a cross-head screwdriver.

Hi,

I want to get behind the speedmeter/milometer etc etc, my milometer does not light up. I suppose there must be a bulb behind the milometer ?

The screws are star shaped, pointing downwards in front of the plastic that covers the drivers instruments etc.
