bravobeastie has a crack in the plastic of the inside of the door, going vertically from the door lock pin thingie.

ive only been in the car once since i bought her 2 weeks ago, and shes currently in the possession of the local grease monkey.. so i dont have ready access to look.

is this plastic bit removable, and if so can you get it as a part from Fiat, or rip it off a scrap bravo or something? or am i gonna have to just superglue it? lol

alllllso, i got some leather door cards that Dan gave Chris that gave me.. when i bought the bravo.. how the frig do i fit them? lol :D

thanks in advance!

removing the door card is very easy, you'll need a set of allen keys and a phillips screwdriver. use the manual if you are unsure, but it really is easy.

i dont know which bit you mean when you say "the plastic of the inside of the door, going vertically from the door lock pin thingie" but it sounds like you mean the door card.

The only ways of fixing that will be either be to get a new door card or superglue the crack from behind. But if you said you were given the leather door cards then just get those on and everything will be good as new (y)

i thought just the material was called a door car.. its different on a seicento then cos on candice you pull a pannel off and theres your door card!!

i was just given the actual leather bit.. so have to get my plastic bit off, which is probably why its crack tbh cos the drivers side has the leather.. so i get plastic off and then pop the exsisting material bit out and whack on the new leather bit.

Its not gonna be easy cos the leather/material is sort of spot welded (by plastic welds) to the main bit of the door card (the big plastic bit) once you break those spots i think you will find it very difficult to get the 2 separate pieces to bond again to be honest.

Kay, its a right pain in the arse hense why only one was ever done.

You will need to get a set of door cards from a scrappy to snap (or melt) the plastic welds off. remove the original fabric cards, then put leather cards in place and try somehow to fix them in place with glue or screws etc..

Its not easy i'm afraid :(

gaaaaaaaaay!

maybe when its not so cold ill give it a go lol

did you say everything you need for an amp to make the speakers work should all still be there? ive been having to use my phone for music lol

i was gonna look earlier.. but ive got a headache from the exhaust so i needed a sit down lol

its there, the speakers would of still been amped if the amp was still there which i now assume it isn't :(

The front speakers are wired to the amp cabling still with the rca's at in the dash.

it should still all be plug and play if you put another amp in and connect the rca's to your headunit.
