And also the 1.4 is a 12 valve not a 16 valve (assuming of course you are talking about a bravo/a 1.4?)

they could mean the 1.4 16v as used on the mk2b punto, but the valves from that wont fit either.

a set of valves costs very little so just buy the right ones, your local motor factor should be able to have them in stock within 4 hours.
