Hi all
does anyone know if the advertised quick engine mod for an extra 20bhp actually works thats being advertised on Ebay..It claims to improve bhp by around 8 on a brava.

Has anyone tried it?What was the difference in fuel consump and is it an easy instal?One example......

NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!![}] these 'mods' are cheap pennys worth resistors.dont buy them as there a waste of money.we should really have a sticky topic on these.avoid and if you want power use the traditional filter,exhaust etc

yeah them are s**t, ebay won't ban them coz they make money off the sellers, i say we should have a sticky about these aswell,

It was one of the first things i asked about when i joined the forum.

Put a sticky for sure, those things damage the engine. Tricks the ECU into overfualing so probably damages that too

The idea probably came from the same person that thought of the ebay very special 'electric supercharger kit'[!]
