hello

I am new one here from Sweden. I have fiat brava ELX 1.8 16v year 1997 and i need new exhaust from cat and back. I have order from gazzella but i cant wait longer, have been waiting 2,5 months and no exhaust, waiting for the refund. This exhaust was from CSC.

Know here in sweden i find a store whit supersprint exhaust but only to fiat bravo from 1.2 to 1.8. I fund one fiat bravo GT1.8 16v, its the same engine, so i wonder if bravo gt 1.8 16v exhaust fits my brava. I have hear that this exhaust from cat and back fits brava and marea whit this extra pipe, because the exhaust is to short for brava . maybe i have wrong hope somebody can explain. i want this exhaust, have picture on this

I was looking at the Supersprint site the other day.

You'd need part numbers:

813913 - extension pipe for exhaust
813566/813507 - exhaust system with either twin DTM exit/twin oval exit

They list the car as "Bravo 1.8 GT", but this was the equivelant to the 1.8 HLX in the UK and some parts of Europe.

i've heard of people fitting the standard bravo exhaust to the brava, and many shops list both as the same part, so i expect the supersprint will fit.

but i wonder if it "easy to fit" on original mounting points or do i need do some modifications.:idea:

You can buy Universal Mounts from most motor parts places. I've see clamps that will fit anywhere along a system, to allow for easy mounting of it.

You *could* even fabricate your own one up using cable-ties and old exhaust rubbers.

Unfortunately the only real way of knowing what you'll need, is when the part arrives, and you actually start fitting it...

i think the mounting points are same for bravo and brava.

i hope so, i am still waiting to order, but i tell when i get the stuff if it fits.

i have order now and i hope it fits, the guy i speak with says that it must fit but it was no 100% answer, so i hope on you guys that it fits on my car.
