Posts: 7 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | bravo work ok folks i have had a bravo for a few years now. been lying in garage for 2 years, not doing a thing. as when younger never had funds to fix it. as injector went on it. ![]() things i need to do for it though are needs new injector. and also a new exhaust for it. cat back. any other advice for it lying so long? and also where and what prices am i talking about for that stuff? cheers stu

Aftermarket exhausts maybe cheaper.

![]() | Re: bravo work bad earth is probably the main earth strap from gearbox to chassis, although a battery that hasnt been used for 2 years will definatgely need replacing no matter how many times you try to charge it. also clean & grease the battery terminals. a scrapyard injector costs £5, its very easy to do yourself. the procedure is described in detail in several previous threads, so is the method for diagnosing injectors using a umltimeter. its a very very very very common problem on the 1.6

Posts: 7 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | Re: bravo work cool, i have tried a couple of breakers and scrapyards most wont break the engines to let me get injectors ![]() even now the car is driving me nuts, trying to clean it all after 2 years of sitting there, lol and trying to get standard exhaust is being a nightmare as well.
