i sent them a mail yeterday so will let you know how things pan out, its just im pretty much stuck without the help of a ecu lol seeing as the car has done 130,000 miles i dont want to be throwing her into the deep end just yet well not till its had a full service aswell as the belt done.
 
right im gunna be megga lazy and copy and paste lol

well ive bin busy tonight, ive managed to strip the old off my car and fit the coupe 20v turbo inlet manifold, fuel rail and injectors back on, finding out in the process its not half as straight forward as it looks, ive got to make a custom throttle linkage and new intake pipe work.
it was pretty dark when i took these picures so if the quality is bad thats why.

not had her running yet im only fitted it as a test run to see if it would fit im taking it back off tomorrow and re-pluging everything properly there is loadsa stuff not need from the turbo plus im gunna clean the chamber out with some pertrol, i think it will run lumpy anyway until i get the supercharger and dastek fitted because of the 330cc injectors its one step further to what im aiming for so im glad lol
 
Any updates? have you fitted the charger yet, i think we need to move the throttle body to before the charger, I'm going to have a go next week

i had a "dry run" so to speak i fitted everything o on to see if it fits etc and am now trying to get hold of a rad off a civic vti to make a little more space for the outlet the best thing with the throttle body is to make a plastic plate for the inlet and come off of that, i am fastening the body to the bottom of the bumper but mine is a euro abarth so dont know how it would fit to a std bumper, its al off now anyways as ive had my new cams fitted and belt so they are going to be runn in for 2 weeks, im trying to get atleast 1000 miles on the cams before i comence fitting everything, i sorted the angle iron out lol i knicked a small road sign from work lol that didnt get used anymore and cut it up lol. will post some pics when ive sorted anothe data cable out for the pc anyways.

ohh and the cams have been ground to 269* by piper for £250 plus postage(y) got them back after 5days after sending them. brilliant service and would recomend it to anybody wanting cheap cams.(y)

im thinking of running 2 head gaskets aswell but im not sure on the compresion then plus on the effect it will have on the pistons running more boost.

well there has been a twist thrown in guys, im afraid my green hgt is not fit for the road as when i had the incedent with the wheel coming off it has twisted the chassis so ive been quoted £400 drive in drive out engine swap into my red hgt which i think is brill esp as i like the look of the red one better lol here is some pics to give you an idea'

As you seem to be into doing some major engine modifications why dont you do the swap yourself, means you'd have all the kit if you needed to drop it out to swap something over.

not got the time at the min mate im currently in the procsess of buying a couple of houses so its all up in the air but im gunna be taking all i can off the green hgt when possible
 
Its hard to admit but yeah it is worth the blood sweat and tears. I just need to figure out how to get my speedo working again. The battery light came on about a week ago and the speedo has just stopped working which is great as I am not clocking any miles :) but I can't tell how fast I am going which means I am trying to avoid all the speed cameras in the area just to be on the safe side. LOL
