as title,

Might of aquired a new front bumper, only problem being is that it has a crack where the drivers side foglight would be (it doesn't have fog lights tho) right through the plastic (about a 3-4" vertical crack).

Would this be an easy enough fix for me to do or a cheap fix by the bodyshop?

I'm guessing strengthened from the back and then filled lightly over the crack?

Someone please help asap.

use a soldering iron to melt a bit of surrounding plastic. Ideal if you can remove the bumper and do this from the rear also. Then fill with a polyester filler. When its hard smooth it with 180/240 grit, scotch brite the surrounding area, degrease with a solvent then water based degreaser (water based degreaser will remove any static) apply a coat of plasic wet on wet primer then a few coats of high build primer. when its dry( air dry overnight or infrared heat lamp for 15 mins)flat it with a 240 disc then a 500 disc and its ready, just need to prep the rest of the bumper ready for painting
