Was tinting rear lights, when my mate got it on his hands and on the way past the car tripped and fell on the car so now have got dried black lacquer on my gold paintwork . I've tried everything to get it off i.e. t-cut, tar remover, paint thinner.

Any other ideas? or is a panel respray the only way to go?

What about them touch up kits? even though its a patch about inch x inch big

unless you have a electric polishing buff and a bottle of G3 take it to bodyshop and theyll buff it out.
