I have spoken to motech about fitting my apex springs and ebc greens. They want £130 for the parts - i guess that fair, but another £90 to fit.

Is £220 a bit too much? I dont think I can do it myself, well certainly not the springs, maybe the pads

pete can change springs in 3hrs, so @ £90 thats not too bad...

I had my springs changed it took 20 minutes to do the rears and about half an hour to do the fronts, don't make them do a song and dance about it, it's easier than they like to make out!

My local independent charged me £25 or £30 I can't remember which but that was it!
