Hi there i ve been told today that my oil sump is coming to an end.Does anyone have a clue of how much this actually costs?

Around £50 for the sump plus fitting if not doing it yourself.

My Fiat Seicento Is Leaking Oil! Any Ideas What It Could Be? I Think It Might Be The Oil Sump But I'm Not Sure.

mine was £40, and i fitted it myself, wouldnt recommend it though as it still leaked and needed to re fit it lol, a mechanic who i know says sumps going rusty on fiats is quite common.
Personally i find it better to use silicone rather than a sump gasket, guaranteed not to leak.
oo you dont want to use silicone, thats fort bathrooms an kitchens, you should use RTV sealant
i sealed it properly but i must of knocked it and wiped it off a part while i was fitting it back on
