Hi please help me

My old P reg Punto is parked back at parents place, I haven't driven it for a couple of months. My Dad's rung me up to say he tried to take it for a spin but when he dipped the clutch it went straight to the floor, no pressure at all. Obviously I guess the clutch fluid has leaked, does anybody know why this would happen and whether it's serious?

slave cyclinder?

pretty much defo the clutch slave cylinder. Take your battery out, then the battery tray and you should have the cylinder if front of you. get someone to get in the car and depress the clutch pedal and see if it leaks fluid. If you need any more help don't hesitate to ask were all friends here
