Hello :)

My Punto was reversed into by some idiot man driver despite it being bright yellow and the only car in the street at the time:confused: The back bumper was all cracked and just above the wheel arch was banged in, scraped and dented. My insurance company sent it to their designated bodyshop two weeks ago. However, they are now saying that they have ordered the paint and it doesn't match the rest of the car  and it looks like it has been resprayed. They said they have to send off my petrol flap and get it analysed and more paint ordered. This supposedly happened last week. The bosy shop are now saying it will be at least Wednesday before they even get a response from this analysing place and then they need time to paint it etc.
Is this normal? Why does it take so long? :bang:

I want my car back! (n) :(

Well whatever they are using they better get a shift on  They've had it since 9th Feb. I want it back now :(

well i'm waiting for someone to paint match a 206 which was rear ended last september, just the bumper was damaged so the garage painted the bumper and tailgate to blend in with each other, that didn't match, now they painted the rear quarter panels, that doesn't match either so we have a car that is a different shade of black........and the rapairers say its an acceptable repair after 4 attempts of being fixed...............legal action will start soon!

My Stilo's rear bumper was damaged. The insurance company told me to take it to their approved repairers. It took four weeks to get the tiny dent and scratch repaired all because they couldnt match the paint. To make matters worse they managed to put a huge dent on both sides of the car by the jacking points. Now they claim that they were there when I took the car in.
