hi, just bought this car the other day, punto active 8v 06.
can anyone point me in the right direction to a repair guide?.
i need to replace whole wing as the wing is rusted right through the arch from base of door and half way up the wings arch!.
i have sourced a new wing for around £40 new exc del etc etc. i also need to ge the paint and laquer too. any help on this is most appreciated, thanks

.. are there a row of 6+ bolt heads along the top of the wing?

i cant check at moment until tomorrow, but looking at online pics of both the models you mentioned and it is the fiat punto 188 mk2b 2006 i have searched everywhere but cant find any help at all so any help is most appreciated, thanks

i forgot to mention that it is the passenger side wing that is bad, thanks.

I don’t know where you are in the country but look for your local car paint supplier. On a new panel you will want an etch primer, a primer then the colour and lacquer. You can get spray cans made up at some pain supply firms to match, if it’s only a cheap car you might not be too worried about the perfect match but if you’re looking for it to be as good as possible then you’d need to consider giving it to a local body shop. Someone might paint it for £100?

sorry for not relying i ended up paying someone more competent £30 to replace and am not sure about how many bolts
