2015 500 sport will not start

Tried to ask about this a week ago and was ignored. Will try again as this is something it seems my shop cannot fix. I parked my car as it failed inspection in the beginning of may. I went to drive it to the shop so I could have the work done in the middle end of june and it would not start. It would turn but not start so I changed the battery as well as the spark plugs to see if that would help. Now it seems that it sounds super off making a whining noise instead of trying to turn.

Was told my starter was fried so I replaced that as well. I was told by my shop that my complression was good an I was catching spark just the car wouldnt start. Now I went in yesterday and was told my compression is off and it seems to be trying to start too fast. Almost everyone I have asked whos had a fiat tells me this is likely either poor grounding, wiring harness or it could be my multiair and oil.

I seriously doubt that they even tried that and are still just playing with my car. Am I correct to assume the three things I just mentioned would be the likely cause? The car does not have any codes to be read and all I did was park it for just over a month. Im afraid someone else is going to burn the piss out of my starter trying to crank it so my oil primes but at the same time im no expert.

Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the spark plugs, disconnect the fuel injectors spin it over on the starter. This will pump oil around the engine, refilling the MutiAir system without overheating the starter motor. Put back the plugs and connectors and try again.

It addition it should allows the starter to doing faster (hopefully building more pressure) due to less resistance with no compression
