Over the last few days I've noticed marks on the driveway where the rear right wheel is its now getting worse any ideas on what it may be I have attached a picture thanks in advance

Just based on the picture, I'd say it's your suspension strut/damper but that looks like a lot of fluid. It could be brake fluid too but it's hard to tell from the picture.

If it was me, and I couldn't easily identify the source, I'd get some brake and carb cleaner, spray it around the area to clean off as much fluid as possible and wait to see where the fluid appears from
