Hi everyone! Was so happy to see that a forum existed for fiat owners. We recently had a decent snowfall here in Vancouver. While driving home there must have been an accumulation and a black panel under the drivers side has fallen half off. Can anyone tell me what piece it is or if it covers something very important . It makes a very slight dragging sound if I hit a big bump while driving. Need to determine if it is an immediate fix or something that can wait.
