Hi please help my daughter has 2 fiats one she is using as spares and one she is doing up. The one she is doing up has been in an accident and she doesn't know the best way of sorting out the problem. Please see attached photo.. any ideas welcome. Hi, and welcome to FF,
hard to tell by the pic, but if it's distorted far enough that mounts no longer line-up , then some of the vehicles structure may be compromised
it IS possible to pull out most things.., but you need to ensure you are not weakening the structure,

have a look, see what around it is distorted.. compare both left and right inner wings.

tie a rope around it tie other end of rope to a tree then reverse
If this is what your after below then it sounds like they are welded in, any decent garage should be able to do it for you properly:
