Wonder if there is anyone that can help me

I don't know much about cars

With in a few days I have been getting a rattling noise coming from my left rear wheel.

It only makes a sound when I change gear or I turn a corner.

On looking I notice that the inner wheel arch was broken.

I checked everything to see if there was any junk in my car maybe moving around and all I could find was the rear wheel arch broken.

Now before I go to a garage can anyone tell me roughly how much this will cost?

Or if you can give me any advice on what you think it is..

hi ?Andy, and welcome,
basically it's the front wheels that are driven, so any noise at a REAR wheel is NOT gear related..it could be the change in inertia that makes something move a little and make a sound.

worth checking all the wheel bolts are tight.. then tyre pressures.

@32 PSI is a good benchmark if you can't find any better info..
:idea: go around all 4 tyres with a gauge, and get them all up to the higher figure..,
