Hi all. I have a 2015 Ducato camper. Last week the wind caught the open rear door - the stoppers popped out of the hinges and this allowed the door to blow right back. Subsequently this has damaged the door as it was dented by both the rear light set and the hinge itself. I was very surprised that the hinges failed in a moderate wind and this damage has happened. Does anyone know if this is a known issue and if I am likely to have any joy getting this covered by warranty?
