the end of my outside door trim in peeling away,so i need to glue it back on but dont want to buy tiger seal for this little job,what else is good to use?

if its an older car drill a very small hole through door skin with door open then put a small self tapper in hole and screw into the trim
seal with a bit of paint to stop corrosion setting in
