The bravo dynamic alloys have centre caps on. I'm going to have mine refurbed and the colour changed to anthracite. However what do I do about the centre cap and fiat badge?

Tape over the badge and have them painted also

I don't think the alloys get painted do they? the refurb I'm having get chemically stripped and then powder coated or something, which requires a lot of heat that would melt the plastic surely? And I really do not trust myself to paint them myself. I once bought a replacement fascia for my Megane and attempted to paint that silver with disastrous effects.

I'm guessing these places offer a way to paint these caps for a charge, but I really don't wanna lose the fiat badges. Do the pop off at all? Maybe to be re-glued back on after?

I'd assume the badges are glued on, not sure how easy it'd be to remove them though.
