keeping with the "minimalist" look on Luigi my 126, i'm toying with the idea of doing a single wiper conversion. its a simple enough job to modifiy the linkage and reposition the wiper. i even have a straight wiper arm to use (as apossed to the angled ones currently used on the front). but my question is, will this set up effect the mot?

i've managed to draw in the swept area in all the layers of dust so you can see for yourselfs? what do you think go or no go?

Should be fine, if you weld up the old spindle hole I doubt the MOT man would even know that it came with 2 as standard

it will be fine, it just has to clear the windscreen effectively, so as long as it does, will be fine.

Sweep area looks better than on my Panda, and that has a single wiper from the factory.

vision seemed ok when i sat in it? so i think i'm gonna go ahead and do it. the outline in the photo was done using the rear wiper arm which is straight, the hole for the wiper arm needs to be near the rubber to achive this sweep, but i think it'll look ok?
