Hello Local Person.. thought i was one of the few from round these parts.. i can tell you the names of two, one of which ive used..
Calibre Coachworks is in Clop Hill, and is a well known modifying bodyshop.. youll see loadsa their cars at shows and in mags..
Kustomworx is in Sandy, up the A1.. this is the place i used, mainly due to the fact that they were so much more enthusiatic compared to Calibre. I can vouch for the fact that their work is good (see My Cinq in the Pictures section) but i can also vouch that u may be apart from your car for a good few weeks!!
There is another one, Carworx, which ive discovered recently, its got an 01438 no, so much be Stevenage way.. if you ring or go to R-Tec then they should be able to give you the number.
