parked my car outside the local bowlin alley to go Bowlin wiv my GF an some mates, wen finished, returned to car to find big dent in P.S.R.W and D.S.F.W.!!!!!! not being best pleased i phoned police - who took almost 2 hours to get there - luckily it was parked under a CCTV camera (which proves burberry wearin scum have NO brains) i took my car to the garrage an got a quote of £810.00 + VAT to repair it!!!!so hopefuly u would think that the police would b able to catch the c**t! well they interviewed him an got him fined £50.00 which he pays me £3.00 a week!! dont u love the justice system!!!

so you get £50 at £3 a week??? Thats fcuking disgraceful. I'd try and prosecute him through civil court like dave says.

Does the CCTV just show him kicking your car or what??

Maybe you could find his nova, slash the tyres, smash the windows and boot the doors, boot, bonnet and jump on the roof then pay him £50 at £3 a week.

Your gonna have to do ALOT more damage than that in order to make £50
:p

From my experience once he has been prosecuted you can do nothing else about it...
Once again Little Johnny C*nt brain gets away with it...
Im just waiting for the little bastard that robbed my house to get out of borstal..Some peolpe know people who are a little bit, shall we say....erm..well goodbye to his kneecaps is all I need say..

Its sad but...

Vigilantism is the only way these days!

When I got my jaw broken in town (some fat kid took a run at me as I was talking to someone, nice of him), they caught the kid, I got £3700 from criminal injuries, of which he had to pay...

£100, and that was at a rate of £2 per week!

Like they're gonna miss it eh? There is no way the should take their living expenses into consideration, that makes it no hardship, now if they couldn't afford to eat as a result of their actions, that might make them think on ;)

Re: Its sad but...

For some reason they make life easier on the criminal than the victim..makes you wonder which side to be on sometimes..
In my case the police caught the guy and said to him, If you admit to all the robberies you have done then you will only stand trial for the one you were caught for..So he admited to 17 burglaries..
Got put away for 20 months and because of the way it was dealt with, the police failed to tell us he had even been caught let alone going to trial.
Turns out that if a victim doesn't make a claim when the case is in court, you cannot get a penny from him, once hes been sentenced.
That little prick took over £4,000 of our stuff, just before christmas and we get nothing back from him or any other compensation..
Little tossers gonna pay for it big time.

The FF vigilanty squad!

I have to admit the police are fcking usless and they just think there above law and have so much authority but theyre here to serve normal people but instead they screw motorists over and treat people like c*nts! (n)

to give you the full story...

Right, dunno if your interested, but...

When I got my Jaw broken, it was off a lad who used to give me s**t at school. At the time I was overweight, struggling with my confidence and generally in a bit of a rut.

When it happened, I thought it was the worst thing ever, but two things happened...

1) I was told I would get around £3k compo :D
2) I started to lose weight (after all I couldn't eat :) )

The lad was duly charged, and bailed to appear in court, he was still smug at this point cos he said all of his mates were gonna speak up for him. When it came down to it though, no one showed for him, I had a mate, and a girl from school (both of whom saw it), there, he quickly changed his plea, and recieved 100hours community service.

Six months on, I had joined a gym, went from fat to fit, and received £3700, which helped me to make the decision to go to uni.

A year later, I was into weights, in good shape and very happy, driving home one night, me and my mate saw the lad on a street corner, fatter than ever, drinking cheap cider with a bunch of kids.

My mate said 'lets do him', I just laughed, and said no, after all it might have been his lucky break if I had! :D

Just don't rush into it, plan it out a bit, you don't wanna get caught, you'll end up much more severly punished :(

You've hit the nail on the head. He gets off fairly lightly but if Barnerz was to smack him for revenge, he'd end up getting punished worse than the c**t who damage his car.

But your back the problem that if they have nowt, what can be taken off them? You'd just be back to receiving £2 a week again.
