i have noticed a few cinqs on here with rear disc, i have been wanting to do it to mine just wondering if someone would be nice enough to let me know what parts they used an off what models??

Really don't do it!
Adding rear discs to a light car is dodgy at best. The rears only do 10% of the braking work. If you get the setup wrong and the rears overbrake you'll be going sideways into a hedge in no time! You'd be better of spending the money elsewhere.
