I'm gonna get a few quotes tomorrow for my front bumper and wing mirrors......

So my questions are

1) Has anybody had any experience with any spray shops round wolves, south staffs, dudley area?

2) How much would a bumper and pair of mirrors cost either self prepped or not

and
3) Whats involved in self prepping a bumper? Is it just a matter of wet n dry?
