I'd like to know if its possible to bring my 08 plate Bravo's wheels out by about 25mm?

They are too far 'into' the car for my liking, leaving a massive gap between the wheelarch and the tyre wall. Looks ridiculous from certain angles.

You'll need hubcentric wheel spacers, as that is a fair amount of spacing. I've got 20mm on my cinq. They're quite pricey though, around £50 a set and you'll need 2 sets obviously for the front and back. Ebay probably is the best bet.

Watch you dont go too spaced as you could run into problems with hitting the wheel arches when you turn.

Cheers

Jamie

Will those DEFINETELY fit a 2008 Fiat Bravo?
dont get them momo ones. you need hubcentric if your going over 10mm. you will get wheel wobble with universal spacers.plus youl need spigot rings. not worth the trubble.specialy over 10mm because the wheels will be held on by just the bolts. not safe at all. withe hubcentric the centre bore fits snug so no need for spiggot rings. also theres a lil lip on them for the wheels to sit on (like a lil hub extension).
use the site i gave you. richie.guy gave me the site after the spacers i wanted off him hed ran out of stock.
so very well trusted.

click on the top left tab that says search by car. select make modle year.....
then click suspension...then wheel spacers.
the steel ones are the cheepest. they come with bolts to.

If I put in FIAT BRAVO 2008 it comes up with nothing for any categories...

EDIT: Never mind, I've got it! Went for 15mm just to be on the safe side. (and they're MUCH cheaper!!!)

so you got them off that website then? also i hope you did get hubcentric being 15mm or you will get some problems. good look with it and if you need any advise with them pm me or something as iv had plenty of experiance to try get the alloys on iv got now, running into loads of problems allong the way.but all good now (y)

Well I can tell there will be literally 0.5mm of space between the tyre wall and the wheelarch inner wall. That's whats scaring me... cause it MIGHT not measure out the way i've measured it. Here's hoping, eh?

if thats the case you can always role the arches.like i had to do with mine. cost about £120 to get done pro. but can be done youself useing basic tools. a rubber mallet and a plank of wood. jack the car up take off wheel.easyer to take the arch lining out also.most cases a screwdriver for this, then to role place wood against the inside of arch and hit the wood with the mallet.
i did this method and got fustrated as it takes ages.so i used the jack that came with my car. same as above but have the car on an axlestand. the place wood on isnide of arch and the jack inside the arch and open the jack up. SLOWLY. dont worrie about bubbles as the wood softens the force and opens the arch in more diamiter than up you just used the mallet or jack on its own. repeat the method all round the arch.
its also a good idea to have a friend to heat the paint up a lil for you so that the paint doesnt flake when opening. good luck again (y)

Epic arch fail. You were lucky to get away with that son.

If it's literally JUST touching the felt lining on the inside wall of the wheelarch, is it possible to just shave the felt away?
