As stated, my rear passenger side door on my 5 door mk2 punto has quite a sevre dent from a lampost, whats the best option all i can think of is:

New door, sprayed fitted
2nd hand door, sprayed fitted
2nd hand door in the correct colour
Push out the dent and spayed by proffesional

How much ruffly would it cost to getting it pushed out and i guess the professional would pray aswell, against buying a new door, a second hand in the correct colour i obviously the best way, but how can you help, any advice?

If the rigid sections in the doors have been displaced, then it is better to get a new door. My panel beater has put some of the worst wrecked cars back into shape, but due to this bent beam, he couldn't put mine perfect. If your car is a block colour, the third option is the best. Fit the door, T-cut the whole car and it should come up pretty similar. If you have metallic paint, there is nothing for it but to have a professional respray. You will probably need more than just the door painted because it will have to be blended into other parts of the car. This could work out expensive, so get a mint 2nd hand door.
