right i understand that. mite be a dumb question but how do i do the t-cut proppa? do i use a small amount or large amount on the cloth and how long do i rub?how long do i let it dry? can u tell me step by step on how to do this proppa as iv not done it before and the instructions on the back arnt exactly full clear lol.
 
right iv been tryin doin a bit more and now on the spot i was doing it theres now a dirty patch come up.quite blacky gray clour.the rag goes black on every new part of rag when i wipe it.now i fear the paint is coming off.i hope this is not happening.anybody no what this is?or is it just old wax coming off?hellllllllp
 
but there is no change in dept or anything.now it looks a bit ov a mess.i was t-cuttin about a square foot.but the gray patch only come up on the corner off the ghost letters and is aprox 2square inch

well i can get that dent sorted.that was there when i baught the car.as for the gray patch i was worried that it may be the paint and i dont want to be spraying the whole boot because of the smudge.iv been told off a mate that if i leave it the colour will eventualy match especialy with the weather getting more sunny and warm.

and the only thing i tryed is t-cut and washing the car.
all im worried about is the gray patch thats ben left after using the t-cut.
 
the grey stuff you have left must be glue you havent gottin it all off try a bit of turps or somit like that
if it was glue though and i rubed at it with a cloth wouldnt i get little glue balls on the cloth? as i dont get that but a black suttie sort of stain.and it looke like i removed all the glue before hand.plus the gray smudge didnt apear until after 5-10mins of rubbing with t-cut.i hope your right however sayin its traces of glue.
