My wife reversed into a next doors Fiat Punto and the air duct on the front bumper cracked. Has anyone got an idea how much it is going to cost me/her, cos I'm just interested. Thanks.
a bumper would cost you less than £50 from a scrapyard.
a new bumper from fiat will cost over twice that and then it will only be in primer if they are still available to buy which means you would then have to pay for a spray job so stick a max £100 on top of that
Ask your neighbours this.
A bumper off a salvage car and fitted within a day, or months of letters and wrangling for something that could be sorted in 24 hours depending on the colour of the bumper?
wouldn't worry about what it costs then as insurance company's source in house repairs with approved shops look on the bright side these "shops" often make a right balls up of repairs
