you've asked a real "how long is a piece of string" type question - depends on standard of bodyshop, full extent of the damage etc.
at a guess, i'd say £500-£700 to pull out that damage and respray the n/s door and rear quarter. quite a bit of reshaping to do there. i had a similar placed but smaller dent on a previous sporting and that was £450 to fix.
if you was to pursue this via insurance - be careful - the car may be written off for a repair of that value. i don't know what plate your car is, but even the later 97-99 models (your rubstrips suggest it is a later car) can only be worth between £800-£2000 these days. as an enthusiast, i know what they're worth in a "cost to replace" situation, but insurers will use the trade guides and view them as a circa 10yr old car.
