the mk2 and mk2 b are diffrent!

i put the side skirts against a x reg mk2 and they fitted really nice.no gaps!.

against mine: horrible gap. the cars look the same but infact are not.

its more than just different front and rear lights. the rear quarter panels are different shapes. = a much nicer fit.

so if you want to buy genuine sideskirts make sure they are exactly to your model.

i was sure mk2 skirts would fit a mk2 b....and how wrong i was

now i just got to sell them on and find a mk2bs sporting sideskirts hehe

yup, i always thought the sides were identical (except front wings)

ye.surprisibngly they are different. now i know y they dont fit as i was getting frustrated in finding they didnt fit.was gutted.

When i had my MK2b i fitted MK2 Abarth side skits to it no problem.

maby the abarth ones fit off the mk onto the mk2 b as the shape is diffrent (theres that fin at the back).

but the sporting/hgt ones havent got that rear fin. thats where the problem lyes. so the shape dont fit mine.
