Ive just debadged the bootlid and filled in the holes. Followed the old sticking a 1p coin trick. Worked like a charm
At the weekend after my service im going to take off the horrible bacl boot lid, number plate surrounding. I think i know how to get it off, but are they any ways to fill it, as a pose to welding a sheet of metal over it?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

you shouldnt use a coin and filler it will split. the best way to smooth the parts is to weld a plate and use a sanding disk on a grinder to smooth the weld.
