Does anyone know if you can attatch Abarth front and rear bumpers with the fittings off the standard bumpers?

yes they just bolt on, but you need a 5 door rear one for a 5 door car

no, they are front bumpers blocks that take the place of the front tube bumper.

ah you talking about real abarths, what car is it a 500?, may be better off asking in that cars section as the classic lot dont often come out of their sections
