It looks a terrible colour match in the photo

Looks good for a home job, how many coats of paint did you give it, aerosol paint is very thin and needs quite a few coats to cover the primer, any dirt and imperfections in the paint can easily removed with a piece of 2500 wet and dry and a good polish, with g3 (a cutting polish) and then a finer polish or wax, Ant!

I put on plenty of coats, and then polished down with liquid diamond and then put some AG extra gloss protection on. Its the same colour as thge bumpers. . .

the trick is in the amount of coas of laquer, the more the better , then you flat sand it with P2000-P2500 and then buff it and it will look like glass.,
looks nice all the same.,
