The other day while parking, I reversed and scraped the passenger door on my stilo:

Thing is, i think its removed the laquer at 2 places. One dent you can see near the bump strip and the other is actually along the door line. Is it possible i could get some spray laquer and apply a new layer over the affected areas? Or should i leave it to the professionals?

The pics can't show how bad the dent is.

you cant just re-laquer the affected area as you will have overspray on the outside of the repair which will make it look worse. You can get a fade out laquer/thinners which are used for spot repairs by mobile dent operatives but these need to be applied with a compressor/gun.

looks like a fill and paint job to me! good estimate throttle! and you can get fade out thinners in an aerosol which is what i use, its having the skill to apply, dont do it youself, you'l turn your car into a £200 shhitter, Ant!
