quick question - has anyone used chrome paint - good? bad? how well did it go on? cheers

its just shinny silver, you wont get a mirror finish, what are you painting?

was gonna try polishing alloys - also thought about trying a wee comparison to see how good the chrome paint looked on the alloys - don't really want to go 2 the expense of having the wheels chromed - also i believe that problems with sealing of the tyre beads can develop. its probably worth experimenting with just to satisfy my own curiousity. i just wondered if anyone had used it and how they got on and if anyone had any tips.

it looks rank to be honest. there is a colour that audi use, its a nice silver colour, i have a can in my shed, i will go get code off it in a sec

The results are not good, just silver, you will ruin the alloys

looks like Daryl been out in my shed an robbed my paint again i sure it called Audi aluminum.
