Have you thought about using a TomTom sat nav with bluetooth. Even better a TomTom 4CS01 Go LIVE 1000 sat nav if you have a dash mount 68R even better. You link the phone to the sat nav and have all the voice commands etc £25 max for a screen mount version and £45 for one with the official Fiat dash cradle. I have both types available and install/update the official BlueMeTomTom2 to cars with BlueMe feature
