Bluetooth disconnecting during call

Hi alll
I bought my fiat 500 last week it’s a 2011 lounge and I love it ,
But when making a call it looses Bluetooth connection and just reverts back to phone speaker .
Any help would be much appreciated

Its a mictosoft system.. the tolerates android better that some

Mine does this, I think it’s a glitch in blue and me, doesn’t do it every time can go ages without problem then have a run of disconnecting. Which blue and me system do you have? Do you have a usb and an AUX input, if so there is a cheap work around I can recommend
