I use MultiECUScan
It is essentially just an option.. and performs easily
I have no knowledge of your OBD Device.. so cannot advise
What vehicle is this?

Grande Punto 2006.. i think it's a standalone scanner.. i think that cannot connect to a pcHi

Then it almost certainly can't do it. Multiecuscan on a laptop (can be pretty old) plus cable will be the cheapest way to do this.
