The Bluetooth in my car. Working for USB socket doesn’t connect and the voice command button on the steering wheel does not work has anyone else had this problem and have you ever had it fixed at a dealership or is it possible to get it fixed cheaper elsewhere?

There are a few different versions of B&M, what car do you have and what year is it?
A quick search of the forum should reveal a lot of negativity about B&M in general though, it's hilariously outdated and was a bit rubbish even when it came out. Personally, I'd take the headunit out and replace it with something more modern and aftermarket (ie. Sony, Pioneer, etc).
