I am wondering if anyone would kindly assist me.

I have a 2007 Fiat 500, and can intermittently make calls via Blue&Me, but I cannot play any media from my iPhone. I keep getting the 'no media found' error message. I'm not too fussed about being able to make calls through the Blue&Me, but I would really like to be able to play my music from my iPhone. I have paired my iPhone with my car, and it does show up as connected through bluetooth as soon as I enter the car. The USB port seems dead too, so I'm wondering if the previous owner may have spilt something in this area. I have spent many a month trying to get to the root of the problem, but I haven't had any success as of yet.
