FIat 500C (2017) - Phone calls over Bluetooth are "broken"

Hi guys,

I have this weird issue with my Fiat 500C (2017).
Most of my phone calls done via the Bluetooth are "broken".
Meaning i can hear many silent segments through the call which I cannot hear the other side and the other side can`t hear me.

Has anyone encountered such behavior?
i searched this forum but there are over 800 issues with Calls related.
If you can also point me to a threasd it will be great.
